Budmashi Studios, LLC. opts out of any copyright exception for text or data mining or other computational techniques.

In light of increasing development of artificial intelligence (AI) and in supplementation of Budmashi Studios’s Website Terms and Conditions of Use, Budmashi Studios, LLC and all of its affiliates (collectively, “Budmashi Studios”) declare that, except as specifically and explicitly authorized by Budmashi Studios in writing, Budmashi Studios expressly reserves and opts out of any copyright exception for text or data mining, web scraping, or similar reproductions, extractions, or uses (“TDM”) of any Budmashi Studios content (including, but not limited to, musical compositions, lyrics, audio recordings, audiovisual recordings, artwork, images, data, etc.). This reservation applies to any purposes, including the training, development, or commercialization of any AI system, and by any means, including bots, scrapers, or other automated processes, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in all relevant jurisdictions, including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of Directive ((EU) 2019/790) and all national laws having transposed the same.

Budmashi Studios’s rights reservations apply to all existing and future Budmashi Studios content, including musical works that may be identified through publicly available means or listed in databases maintained by organizations such as the International Confederation of Music Publishers (ICMP). Budmashi Studios’s reservation of rights set forth herein is without prejudice to any and all prior reservations of rights and legal rights and remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.
